Lodge Maintenance
You may sometimes come across problems in the lodge requiring some maintenance to be done.
Minor problems such as blown light globes should be advised to the lodge manager
or rectified yourself if you can do this safely.
Sometimes however, issues requiring more extensive repair work may occur. These
should also be reported to the lodge manager, but they should also be entered
into our maintenance tracking system for proper management to resolution.
The process is as follows :-

Check the
Maintenance Log to see if the issue has already been entered, or to check
progress |

If not, use the
Maintenance Issue Entry Form to enter the details of the issue into the
system |
The problem will then be advised to someone qualified to effect a repair, or referred to a professional for rectification. When entering the details, please be clear and concise so that the nature of the problem is obvious to those involved in managing the repair process.
The issue log operates on an external application and only those authorised for access can change the status of issues by completing any actions and adding information about issue resolution.
