A few hints about the booking form for new members.....

The Family Levy and Double Levy

Some years ago there was a discussion centred around the fact that members with families gained more value from their membership, and also caused more wear and tear to the facilities, than single members did. The resolution was to charge a nominal levy on the first occasion members booked in one of their family each year. Additionally a reduced "Double" levy was introduced to cover the couple without children situation. These levies are currently $90 and $45 respectively, paid once each year. The double levy also allows a member to accommodate a nominated guest at the double rate if they do not have a spouse.

As you can see, APIRA tries to accommodate all social situations equitably ......
